ESXi Network Adapters settings questions

I have a server with 4 Network ports. I have 2 switches in redundancy mode
(both act as one big switch) with 2 vlans and 2 subnets in total.
Port1 goes to vlan1 on switch1
Port2 goes to vlan1 on switch2
port3 goes to vlan2 on switch1
port4 goes to vlan2 on switch2
Suppose I have the following subnets:
10.11.11.0/24
10.11.10.0/24
My question is, what settings do I give each adapter on the ESXi
installation?
Is it for instance:
10.11.11.10
10.11.11.10
10.11.10.10
10.11.10.10
or maybe:
10.11.11.10
10.11.11.11
10.11.10.10
10.11.10.11
Also one more question, is this also configurable using the Vsphere?
